Error checking when deleting from database, new student worker

A couple of announcements:

1. Walter and Christine had asked on different occasions if there was a way to prompt the user before deleting a resource from the indexes and databases database. There's always a way, it's just a matter of figuring it out. Figured it out. Now, when you try to delete, you get a prompt asking if you are sure you want to delete. Choose no and you are routed back to the admin index page.
2. Rachel Shalev is now working two hours a week for us - Mondays 1-3pm. She will be working on assorted html and web content inventory tasks.
